About this policy
ULISEO LLC (“Uliseo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information we process for our own business purposes. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you visit our website, submit a HighLevel form, request a free preview or audit, book a meeting, make a payment or use our services.
Our services include custom websites, ongoing website support, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, review management and agreed automation. This policy covers visitors, prospects and clients, including individuals in France and the European Economic Area (EEA). Additional rights apply where the GDPR or other local privacy laws govern our processing.
Information you provide
We collect the details you submit in our HighLevel forms or correspondence, such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business location, website address, requested service and message. We also process project briefs, content, brand assets and authorised business account information needed to deliver your service.
For meetings, we process your contact details, booking date and time and information you choose to share. We use Google Meet for video meetings and Google calendar tools where used to organise the booking. Google processes the meeting connection data and any audio, video, chat or shared content you choose to transmit when participating.
Stripe collects payment details to process payments and carry out payment-related checks. We receive billing and transaction information, including payment status and invoice details; we do not need to retain your full payment card number.
Required form fields are identified when information is requested. Without the contact or project details needed for your request, we may be unable to respond, arrange the meeting or provide the service. Optional marketing consent is separate from these requirements.
Audits, SEO and client website data
When you request a free audit, we use your contact details and the website or business information you provide to review your online presence, prepare the audit and respond. We may review publicly available business listings, website pages and reviews relevant to that audit. An audit request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
When delivering an agreed website or SEO project, we may access customer enquiries, business account information, website performance data or other personal information that a client makes available. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the agreed service. Client materials may contain personal information about employees, customers or other individuals.
Our general enquiry forms and free audit requests are not intended for patient records or other sensitive health information. Healthcare clients should not submit patient information through these channels. Any project involving sensitive information requires a separate assessment and appropriate contractual and security arrangements before that information is shared.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or performance of a contract with you, to prepare requested services and deliver them. For business representatives and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective and existing clients and administering business relationships, after considering your rights.
Our legitimate interests also include securing our systems, supporting clients and establishing or defending legal claims. We rely on applicable legal obligations for required accounting, tax and compliance records. Consent is the basis for optional analytics and advertising trackers where required, and for marketing that requires consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Information collected automatically
Our website and connected services may process IP addresses, device and browser information, operating systems, pages visited, access times, referral sources and interaction data. Cookies or similar technologies may also process session or tracking identifiers, depending on the features enabled.
We collect information directly from you, through authorised integrations, from providers supporting our services, from publicly available business sources and from clients when acting on their behalf.
How we use information
We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare free previews and audits, organise meetings, prepare proposals, build and maintain websites, manage your agreed Google presence and reviews, deliver support, process payments and communicate about your project.
We use HighLevel to manage enquiries and client relationships and to send automated emails or SMS such as requested follow-ups, booking confirmations, reminders and service updates. Automated delivery does not change the purpose of a message or remove your communication choices.
We send promotional emails or SMS only on a basis permitted by applicable law and obtain separate consent where required. Requesting a preview, booking a call or buying a service does not by itself mean that you have agreed to unrelated promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing without losing access to your purchased service.
We also use information for accounting and legal records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and, with the required tracking consent, website analytics and campaign measurement.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta
Our website uses essential technologies for its operation and security. We also use Google Analytics for audience measurement and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and related audience features, subject to the consent required for those purposes.
Google Analytics may process page visits, referral information, device and browser details, interactions and online identifiers to help us understand how people use the site. The Meta Pixel may send Meta information about pages visited and actions taken, with device information and online identifiers. Meta may link activity with its account information according to its own policies.
For visitors in France and the EEA, these optional analytics and advertising trackers are activated only after the relevant consent. You can accept or refuse optional tracking and withdraw your choice through the site’s cookie controls. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent you from reading the site or requesting our services.
When we share information
We share necessary information with providers supporting hosting, forms, client relationship management, messaging, meetings, payments, analytics, advertising measurement and professional services. Providers receive the data needed for their functions and act under their applicable agreements and privacy notices.
We do not sell or rent customer or lead contact lists. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their own marketing. Messaging providers may process that information to deliver our authorised communications.
Use of the Meta Pixel can involve sharing online identifiers and browsing events for advertising purposes. Some privacy laws describe this as sharing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. You may exercise the consent and opt-out choices applicable to that processing.
We may also disclose information as required by law or reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights, investigate abuse or protect the security of our business and clients.
Technology providers
HighLevel supplies the platform used for this site, our forms and client relationship management, including automated email and SMS workflows. It processes information submitted through those services on our behalf under its service and data-processing arrangements.
Stripe processes payments and related transaction information. Google supplies the meeting and calendar services used for bookings and calls, Google Analytics for audience measurement and the Google business tools we access with a client’s authorisation. Meta supplies the Meta Pixel and associated advertising measurement services.
Messaging delivery also involves the email and telecommunications providers supporting the configured HighLevel workflows. Third-party providers can have their own responsibilities for some processing, such as payment security or operation of their own accounts. Their privacy notices explain those activities.
International processing and transfers
ULISEO LLC is established in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country.
Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, we use the applicable transfer mechanism for the recipient and service, such as an adequacy decision covering that recipient or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with additional measures where required. Information processed for our clients
When we process personal information solely on a business client’s behalf and according to its instructions, that client determines the purposes of the processing. Its privacy policy governs its own collection and use of that information, and the applicable service and data-processing agreements govern our role.
For requests concerning information held by one of our clients, please contact that business first. We assist clients with requests as required by our agreements and applicable law. Client information is not transferred to another client for its marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including access restrictions and authentication controls. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry or project is active, the duration of the client relationship, support and contractual needs, and applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. Information processed for clients is retained according to applicable instructions and agreements.
We may keep limited records of opt-outs and communication preferences to honour those choices. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable obligations.
Your rights and choices
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

GDPR requests are normally answered within one month; where a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that period. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France, and seek a judicial remedy.
Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to stop marketing. Necessary service, billing or security messages may still be sent. Where other privacy laws apply, additional rights may include opting out of targeted advertising or qualifying sale or sharing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Optional tracking choices are separate from enquiries and service purchases.
Email and SMS choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or reply STOP to an SMS to opt out of that channel. For help, reply HELP where supported or contact hello@uliseo.io. Message frequency depends on the interaction and any programme you choose; your carrier’s message and data charges may apply. Necessary service and billing information may still be sent through an appropriate permitted channel.
We retain limited records of consent and opt-outs so we can respect your choices. We do not treat a request for an audit or a service enquiry as blanket permission for marketing.
Children’s information
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through our website or services. If you believe a child has provided information in circumstances where collection is not permitted, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, practices or legal requirements. When a revision takes effect, we update the date and provide additional notice where required.
