Every enquiry your clinic receives — website chat, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, missed call — answered in under 10 seconds. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in every language your patients speak.
Live in under 7 days. No new software to learn. No change to how you work.
We'll test your current response times live on the call. Most clinics find out something uncomfortable.
The assistant on this page is the same one your patients would speak to. It's live. Try to catch it out.
It won't diagnose you and it won't quote you a graft count — that's your surgeon's job, and we built it that way on purpose.
Ask it what a patient would ask, in whichever language you like:
THEN LOOK AT THE CLOCK.
A man decides, on a Sunday night, that this is the year he does something about his hairline.
He finds three clinics. He messages all three.
The first one to answer him is the one he books with. Not the best surgeon. Not the best results. The one who answered.
Out of every 100 enquiries your clinic receives, around 30 contact a competitor before you reply.
Patients a month, at a typical conversion rate. Not leads. Patients.
Roughly what that's worth, every month — and none of it appears anywhere in your reports.
These patients never became leads. They never entered your CRM. They never appeared in a no-show column. They simply went somewhere else, quietly, while you were in surgery.
Three answers, and you'll have a number. It's usually larger than clinics expect, and it's the number we're paid to shrink.
Uliseo sits on top of the channels you already use and answers first — instantly, in the patient's language, at any hour.
Grafts, technique, pricing ranges, recovery. Books the consultation directly into your calendar.
Most of your enquiries arrive here. Answered in seconds, including at 1am.
Qualifies, answers, follows up. The channel your travelling patients prefer.
Every unanswered call triggers an immediate text back and a callback.
Evenings, weekends, lunch, or when the line is busy.
Everyone who asked six months ago and never heard back. Most clinics sit on thousands.
Automated reminders across SMS, WhatsApp and email, so consultations actually happen.
This is a consultation booked while the clinic was closed and everyone in it was asleep. Notice where the assistant stops, and who it hands the patient to.
Your reputation took years to build. Nothing we install puts it at risk.
We connect your website, Instagram, WhatsApp and phone line. Nothing changes for your team. Nothing changes for your patients.
One call, less than an hour. We record how your clinic answers: your techniques, your price ranges, your consultation process, what you will and won't discuss before a consultation. The assistant learns your clinic, not a generic script.
We test every channel, at every hour, in every language. Then we switch it on and watch the first week closely.
From day 8, you do nothing. You just see more consultations in your calendar.
We don't work with dentists, gyms, law firms or restaurants.
We work with independent hair transplant clinics — surgeon-led practices of one to five practitioners across Europe and the Gulf. That's it.
Which means the assistant already knows what FUE, DHI and Sapphire are. It knows what a Norwood scale is. It knows why someone asks about donor density, and why "how much for 3,000 grafts" is never a simple question.
Your patients won't be the ones training it.
We're taking on three founding clinics.
Locked for as long as you stay with us. Setup €500, one time. After the founding places are filled, the price is €997 per month.
In exchange, we ask for two things: your honest feedback, and — if the numbers are good — permission to share them.
Yes — and that's deliberate. The assistant introduces itself as your clinic's assistant and never pretends to be a surgeon or a nurse. In practice, patients care far more about getting an answer at 11pm than about who typed it. What damages trust is being deceived, not being helped quickly.
No, and this is a hard limit rather than a setting. The assistant answers logistical and commercial questions — technique, general price ranges, travel, recovery time, availability — and books consultations. Anything clinical is handed to your team with the full conversation attached. It never diagnoses, never estimates graft counts, and never promises a result.
Data is hosted in the EU. We sign a data processing agreement with every clinic before go-live, and we're processors acting on your instructions — you stay the controller. Chat consent notices are built into every channel. We don't store clinical photographs; when a patient sends one, it goes straight to your team without being retained by the assistant.
Health data is special-category data under Article 9 GDPR, and rules vary by country. We'll give you our full documentation so your own legal advisor can review it before you sign anything.
No. Uliseo sits on top of what you already run and writes into your existing calendar. If you'd rather consolidate everything into one inbox later, we can — but it's not a condition of starting.
It replies in the language the patient writes in — including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Turkish. For clinics taking international patients, this alone tends to recover enquiries that were previously going unanswered.
They ask, and it happens immediately. The conversation is handed to your team with everything already collected — no repeating themselves, no starting over.
Three ways. It covers Instagram, WhatsApp and your phone line, not just the website widget. It's trained on your specific clinic rather than on a generic template. And it books directly into your calendar instead of collecting an email address for someone to follow up on later. Most website chatbots create a second queue that also goes unanswered.
They would if they were badly written. The sequences are spaced deliberately, they stop the moment someone replies or books, and they stop permanently the moment someone asks. We can show you every message before it ever goes out.
You see every conversation, and you can correct it in one message to us. In the first two weeks we review the transcripts with you and tighten the boundaries. Topics you'd rather it never touched simply get switched off — it will say a member of the team will follow up, and one will.
You need to give us access to your accounts and spend less than an hour telling us how your clinic works. That's the whole ask.
Thirty days' notice, at any point, for any reason. No annual contract, no exit fee, no conversation about why.
You do. Always. If you leave, you export everything and it's deleted from our side within 30 days.
